35 days ago i posted this.
and i can't even believe how far i've come since then!
i've been trying to decide just how much i want to share here.
i'm just afraid of jinxing myself!
but i can't even tell you how good i feel.
i started out walking 2 miles that first day...
and now i jog 2 1/2 miles + walk at least a half a mile afterwards!
i have been using my BOSU ball. (it's awesome)
i eat better.
i admit i haven't done yoga yet. but i will.
my goal right now is to jog a 10K before winter!
i take it one day at a time...and it's paying off big time.
i don't know that i want to share numbers here.
but i will say the numbers are getting smaller.
the most important thing to me is that i feel strong + healthy.
