ok. so while you west coasters may be having warm weather...
we're not! snow is in the forecast for sunday-tuesday!
a couple weeks ago sage + i went over to a friends house (super cute twins from sage's preschool) for lunch + we had this delicious chicken chili! (some of you may know that i'm a VERY picky eater...so this was a big deal!) thanks SO much ann for the recipe!!
1 big glass jar of great northern beans
Pound and a half of cooked and shredded chicken
24 ounces chunky salsa (i tossed mine in the blender since i'm not a fan of chunky salsa!)
6 oz can green chile
3 cups chicken broth (2 cans)
16 oz shredded cheese
2 tablespoons cumin (i skipped this)
cook in a crock pot on low all day!
serve with tortilla chips + enjoy!
stay warm this weekend!

Sounds delish! I love crock pot recipes. I'll have to try it some time, and I will NOT skip the cumin...love that flavor! :)

Sounds so yummy! And the timing is perfect. Today it was 72 degrees...tomorrow the high is going to be 34 with snow!!! :)

So.....I was in a tshirt and shorts today because it was so hot here in Vegas!!! Can you believe it?...and Yummmm!...that looks so good! Gonna try that soon!
